Family Activities Committee    ~    Chairman - Robert Turner

          I would like to Thank those who came out to our "Kick Off to Summer" Family Day Function on June 19, 2010. I would like to thank my Committee members; Gayle Joyce, my wife, and Herbert Clark for helping me set up. A special thank you to Esther Clark and Mae Klinefelter for their baked goods. Thank you to the Moose Legion for providing the moon walk and David Johns for providing the music. We had twenty (20) people attend and we got two (2) new members and one (1) Moose Legionnaire. I would like to welcome Michael Cain and James Lau, our two (2) new members and my son Joseph Harris as a New Moose Legionnaire.

" The   Wednesday   Luncheon   Dames   are   Back"
          It's been a few years since some of us ladies have met on Wednesdays for lunch. So, let's try it again. Come on out on Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Have lunch and socialize. This is a good way for us to support our Social Quarters plus we can get to know new and older co-workers better. This is not a meeting, just a fun thing that we as Women of the Moose can do once a month. If you are interested in coming, please get in touch with me (Vicki Carter) so we can let the Social Quarters 001534567cooks know about how many are coming. I believe the most we ever had was 15, let's top that.
