  All of the members who came to the June meeting enjoyed a really great cover dish meal and good old-fashioned Southern fried chicken provided by the over 50 club. We had a short meeting which included nomination and election of Judy Smith for secretary of the club. Thank you Judy for accepting.
  I would like very much to thank all the members who came to our joint dance with the MLC on Saturday, June 12, 2010.
  The board and I wish you all a pleasant and enjoyable summer. See all of you on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 6:30 PM. This also will be a covered dish meeting so all of you ladies and guys whip up some more good stuff to eat. The club will supply the meet. Thank you all very much.
