SMOKING   posted 06/09/2009

     Paula .... a lot of people are calling me about the smoking law taking effect December. Well, upon investigating, if you call your local Health Department, Environmental, they will tell you that we (Lodges) are private social quarters and bingo is open to the public. However, bingo is NOT our primary function, so smoking is allowed.  Should each Lodge want to stop smoking, that would be a House Rule for bingo.
     May save you some time.
